Sealcrete has been working with Frucor for many years and for many years we have used the Flowfresh cementitious polyurethane system. Flowfresh incorporates the natural silver-ion based antimicrobial additive Polygiene®, which actively reduces the bacterial population on the floor’s surface by up to 99.9%. The seamless finish, including optional coving, prevents dirt and contaminants from getting trapped in joints or between the floor and walls, simplifying the cleaning and sterilization process.

This heavy-duty polyurethane cement-based system offers superior strength, impact, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for areas with heavy machinery and constant traffic. This reduces maintenance and floor replacement costs over time.
