When an existing customer is setting up another site, but the previous tenant left the floor of the facility with a lot of work to do, what do you do? For Sealcrete, we rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in.

After extensive prep work to the floor and got it back to a condition to where we could start adding value to the floor.

Our customer also had a budget that didn’t have much flexibility, so in consultation with our customer we explored the systems that were available, finding the critical areas of the floor that could not be compromised and put a plan in action.

What we ended up with, was a floor that had coving around all the walls and a non-slip surface in the critical space to protect the customers team from any slips.

We hope that our customer has many years of successful service with the floor.
